We are a team of passionate professionals with a wealth of experience in Business, Construction, Property and Finance, dedicated to offering you the highest quality service and care.
Our journey began in Melbourne's prestigious Toorak region, building and operating a luxury skin and body clinic for 4 years. Our team researched and tested the latest innovations in skincare, injectables, and non-surgical cosmetic enhancement procedures to consistently deliver amazing results for our clients. This included nutritional protocols and supplements to compliment the prescribed skin & body treatments, and had a strong focus on holistic health and overall wellbeing.
We first came to Bali a decade ago, and have grown to absolutely adore this beautiful island paradise. We have been able to build strong connections within the local community, and have a deep understanding of the various aspect of life here - locations, getting around, food, staffing, and local customs. The warmth of the Balinese people and the rich culture have always drawn us in, and we are thrilled to call this beautiful island our home.
At the same time, our keen interest in global cosmetic advancements allowed us to follow the growth of the cosmetic industry in Bali, watching some key, incredible surgeons rise to become recognisable names for Australian patients seeking the very best in affordable, surgical care overseas.
We could also see the gap in post-operative care and accommodation for patients following their discharge from hospital. Many patients were being released with stitches, swelling, or laser resurfacing redness still present, and having to check in to a public hotel, or staying at a small local guesthouse without the expertise and support to provide the proper level of care needed.
This can cause some valid concerns ranging from simple embarrassment from being in public with bandages and swelling, or the very valid hygiene concerns surrounding food and water. We also saw a significant uncertainty for cosmetic patients, left alone to arrange their own transport, medication, and food in this bustling foreign country.
This is where Bali Luxe Medical was born. Thanks to our extensive experience in skin restoration and healing, as well as being experienced property hosts, we knew that we can combine this experience to offer a new, exceptional experience.
