Recovery Accommodation & Care Services

1. Services Provided

At Bali Luxe Medical, we provide thoughtfully curated post-operative recovery accommodation, along with professional nursing support to ensure a smooth and comfortable healing experience in Bali.
 

While we work closely with trusted medical providers, we do not perform surgical procedures, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment. All medical care, advice, and prescriptions remain under the guidance of your surgeon and hospital.
 

Our role is to support your recovery with comfort, care, and peace of mind.

2. Booking & Payment
 

To secure your stay with Bali Luxe Medical, a deposit of AUD $500 is required at the time of booking.
 

The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival.

For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
 

We accept bank transfer and other approved payment methods for your convenience.
 

As each stay involves securing accommodation, staffing, and personalised care arrangements, we kindly ask that all payment timeframes are respected to ensure your booking remains confirmed.
 

Additional services, including extended stays or optional treatments, may be arranged and charged separately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
 

We aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible, while recognising that each recovery stay involves advance planning, secured accommodation, and dedicated care arrangements.
 

Shared Villa Bookings

  • AUD $500 deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
     

  • Payments made beyond the initial deposit may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the notice period and our ability to reallocate the booking.
     

  • Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival:
    Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.
     

  • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival:
    Refunds (excluding the deposit) may be offered if the space is successfully rebooked.
     

  • Cancellations within 21 days of arrival:
    Payments are non-refundable, as arrangements will have been fully confirmed.
     

  • Cancellations due to change of mind are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.
     

Surgery Changes or Cancellations:

If your surgery is cancelled or rescheduled by your hospital or clinic, we will always prioritise supporting you. Wherever possible, we will offer a date change, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances

Private Villa Bookings
 

  • Private villa bookings require a higher level of commitment, as the property is reserved exclusively for your stay.
     

  • A minimum deposit of AUD $1,000 applies (or higher, depending on the villa).
     

  • All payments made for private villa bookings are non-refundable, reflecting the upfront costs of securing exclusive accommodation and associated services.
     

  • Where possible, we may assist with date changes or offer a credit; however, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Final Balance & Late Changes
 

  • The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.

Any cancellations or changes within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable, as all arrangements will have been finalised.

Flexibility & Support
 

We understand that surgery schedules can occasionally change, particularly in Bali.
 

If your surgery date is adjusted or your hospital discharge is delayed, please notify our team as soon as possible. We will always do our best to adjust your stay to align with your updated schedule.
 

If we are unable to extend your booking within our villas, we will assist in arranging suitable alternative accommodation where possible.
 

To ensure peace of mind, we strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and medical insurance

4. Villa Allocation & Accommodation

Your villa is carefully selected based on your procedure and recovery needs, ensuring the most suitable environment for healing.
 

All villas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in partnership with trusted providers.
 

Depending on your package, you may stay in a shared or private villa setting. In shared villas, each guest enjoys a private bedroom and bathroom, allowing for both comfort and personal space.
 

We kindly ask all guests to respect the calm, restorative environment for everyone’s recovery.

5. Guest Responsibilities
 

To ensure a safe and supportive environment, we ask that all guests:
 

  • Provide accurate personal, medical, and travel information

  • Follow guidance from your surgeon, nursing team, and our staff

  • Take medications as prescribed by your doctor

  • Treat staff, fellow guests, and the property with care and respect

  • Respect the privacy of other guests at all times, including not entering another guest’s bedroom or private bathroom
     

While we take every precaution, guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
 

6. Breach of Guest Responsibilities & Early Termination
 

Our villas are designed to be calm, supportive spaces for healing.

In rare situations where behaviour may impact the safety, wellbeing, or comfort of others, we may need to end a guest’s stay early.
 

Should this occur:

  • Remaining nights or services will not be refunded

  • Guests may be asked to vacate the villa
     

This is always approached with care and consideration, and only when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are here to support your recovery journey; however:
 

  • We are not responsible for surgical outcomes or medical complications

  • We do not guarantee specific recovery timelines

  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of each guest
     

Our liability, in any circumstance related to accommodation or services, is limited to the amount paid for your stay.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is very important to us.
 

We collect personal information only to support your booking and recovery care, and handle all data with discretion and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
 

By booking with us, you consent to communication via phone, email, or WhatsApp for coordination of your stay.

9. Health & Safety

We ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your medical condition or treatment plan.
 

Our nursing team provides non-invasive post-operative support, such as wound care assistance and mobility support, always working alongside your surgeon’s guidance.
 

If at any point our team, or our nurses during routine checks, identify concerns regarding your condition or recovery, you may be transported to the nearest appropriate hospital for further assessment.

10. Partner & Third-Party Services

Some services, including surgeries and additional treatments, are provided by trusted third-party partners.

While we carefully select these providers, their services remain independent, and their individual terms will apply

11. Medical Emergencies

If a medical or operational concern arises during your stay, Bali Luxe Medical will act promptly to ensure your safety and continuity of care.
 

This may include:

  • Coordinating immediate transfer to your hospital or nearest medical facility

  • Relocating you to another Bali Luxe Medical villa where appropriate

  • If internal options are unavailable, arranging suitable alternative accommodation, including external villas or hotels
     

In situations involving non-payment or inability to continue services, Bali Luxe Medical reserves the right to modify or discontinue services and assist with alternative arrangements where appropriate.
 

Any additional costs associated with relocation, medical care, or alternative accommodation may be the responsibility of the guest.

12. Insurance Requirement
 

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain insurance that covers medical procedures, post-operative care, travel delays, and cancellations.

Bali Luxe Medical cannot be held responsible for costs arising from complications, travel disruptions, or cancellations not covered by insurance.

13. Force Majeure
 

Bali Luxe Medical will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or travel disruptions.
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide credit towards a future stay.

14. Photography & Marketing Consent (optional)

With your permission, Bali Luxe Medical may use non-identifying photos or testimonials for marketing purposes.
We will always seek written consent before sharing any identifiable images or personal stories.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Guests will be informed of any major changes prior to their stay.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
By confirming your booking and submitting guest information, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Acknowledgement
By confirming your booking with Bali Luxe Medical, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including any updates provided prior to your arrival.
